Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English and interact well with guests and staff
- Self-starting personality with an even temperament and professional appearance
- Willingness to assist co-workers and promote a team-oriented environment
- Ability to apply team management skills including planning, organizing, directing, coaching, training and disciplining employees
- Strong knowledge of food and wine pairing preferred
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervising daily operations by overseeing restaurant service flow, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, managing special requests, and upholding Hyatt's service standards
- Assisting with hiring, training, and mentoring restaurant staff while fostering a positive work environment and enforcing company policies
- Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders for food, beverages and supplies, ensuring proper storage and minimizing waste
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation regulations, and company policies
- Assisting with financial transactions including cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, budgeting and cost control
- Collaborating with kitchen staff, hotel management, and event teams to coordinate food service for conferences and special events
