Job Requirements

Three plus years of restaurant management experience in a high volume atmosphere
commitment to guest satisfaction
strong leadership and team management skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to achieve financial and operational goals
availability to work full-time
integrity and a professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

Act as a brand ambassador for the company at all times
extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
proven track record of achieving financial results
strong desire to mentor and develop others
minimum three years of restaurant management experience in a high volume atmosphere
