  • minimum 2 years prior experience in a leadership role in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
  • knowledge of OSHA and health and safety codes

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • recruit, interview, and train employees
  • assign and direct work
  • appraise performance
  • reward and discipline employees
  • address complaints and resolve problems
  • coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
  • model professional behavior and create a warm, friendly atmosphere
  • assist with category job duties as needed
  • assist with building store sales through execution of marketing programs
  • champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
  • maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • ensure OSHA, health and safety compliance
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
  • control cash handling and financial review
  • control food and labor costs
  • perform all other duties as assigned
