Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to demonstrate hospitality
  • physical ability to perform job duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds
  • availability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • four-year college degree preferred but not required
  • minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • demonstrated hospitality on all levels

Job Duties

  • manage all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts including on the spot decision making and supporting staff
  • ensure 100% interaction with guests focusing on their needs and enforcing standards for personal performance
  • assess staffing needs and recruit staff
  • monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of food and beverage to ensure correct recipe, portion, and specification standards
  • act as support system for all areas of the restaurant
  • organize and direct training programs within the restaurant
  • maintain spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times
  • ensure highest quality levels of products and hospitality
  • lead and live by PRIDE (passion, respect, integrity, determination, and energy)
