Job Requirements
- Must be over 21 years of age
- At least 1 year of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience
- Food Handlers Certification
- Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification (TABC/BASSET)
- Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong sense of urgency

Job Duties
- Support the management team in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Ensure effective restaurant operations with consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards
- Support team members in training, development, and recognition
- Promote and support a 5-star guest experience
- Maintain a positive work environment fostering teamwork and operational excellence
- Monitor and manage inventory and supplies
- Implement health and safety regulations and compliance
