Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of three years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
Must be able to work on the floor during meal service
Strong leadership skills
Ability to enforce company policies
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Monitor and supervise daily dining room and restaurant operations
Ensure staff provide residents and guests with a pleasant dining experience
Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate activities
Enforce company policies on employee appearance, attendance, punctuality, service standards, and job completion
Hold regular department meetings to drive employee engagement and retention
Be present on the floor during meal service to oversee operations
Address and resolve any issues related to dining services promptly
