Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
- Must be able to work on the floor during meal service
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to enforce company policies
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences

Job Duties
- Monitor and supervise daily dining room and restaurant operations
- Ensure staff provide residents and guests with a pleasant dining experience
- Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate activities
- Enforce company policies on employee appearance, attendance, punctuality, service standards, and job completion
- Hold regular department meetings to drive employee engagement and retention
- Be present on the floor during meal service to oversee operations
- Address and resolve any issues related to dining services promptly
