Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
  • Must be able to work on the floor during meal service
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to enforce company policies

  • Commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences

Job Duties

  • Monitor and supervise daily dining room and restaurant operations
  • Ensure staff provide residents and guests with a pleasant dining experience
  • Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate activities
  • Enforce company policies on employee appearance, attendance, punctuality, service standards, and job completion
  • Hold regular department meetings to drive employee engagement and retention
  • Be present on the floor during meal service to oversee operations
  • Address and resolve any issues related to dining services promptly
