Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • associates degree in business administration or hospitality preferred
  • minimum 2 years of restaurant experience for external candidates
  • knowledge of brand operating procedures for internal candidates
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • understanding of profit and loss, cost control, and restaurant operations
  • physical ability to perform job duties
  • basic computer skills
  • successful background and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree in business administration or hospitality preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • minimum of 2 years working in a restaurant environment for external candidates
  • strong record of achieving results and knowledge of brand standards for internal candidates
  • capable of adapting to business needs and solving problems efficiently
  • ability to prioritize multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment
  • functional understanding of profit and loss statements, cost controls, and restaurant operations
  • strong stamina, focus, compliance, and service-driven abilities
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • good customer service skills
  • ability to understand and respond to others' needs
  • organized and flexible
  • basic computer skills with Excel preferred
  • successful completion of background and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Assist the management team in staffing of the restaurant and daily operational activities
  • supervise and direct hourly team members to ensure prompt and courteous guest service and adherence to quality and quantity standards
  • assist in recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training for hourly team members
  • evaluate performance and recommend wage increases
  • initiate disciplinary actions or terminations when necessary
  • utilize company training tools for staff development
  • assist in maintaining restaurant equipment and facilities
  • perform administrative tasks including payroll, inventory ordering, audits, deposits, scheduling, and incident reporting
  • resolve guest complaints
  • attend meetings and training sessions
  • assist with local marketing activities
  • ensure proper execution of accounting functions and internal audit compliance
  • perform other duties as assigned
