- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of managing food, labor, and bar costs
- Enjoys working with people

- Great organization and communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant teams to exceed guest expectations
- Recruit, hire, and train committed and self-disciplined staff
- Drive sales growth and manage restaurant operational costs including food, labor, and bar expenses
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and ambiance
- Create a fun, welcoming environment for guests and team members
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hospitality regulations
- Support daily operations through collaboration with the Restaurant Support Center
