Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate restaurant teams to exceed guest expectations
  • Recruit, hire, and train committed and self-disciplined staff
  • Drive sales growth and manage restaurant operational costs including food, labor, and bar expenses
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and ambiance
  • Create a fun, welcoming environment for guests and team members
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hospitality regulations
  • Support daily operations through collaboration with the Restaurant Support Center
