Job Requirements

  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • At least 3 years of recent full-service or fast casual restaurant experience
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification (TABC/BASSET)
  • Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Results driven and team oriented

Job Duties

  • Support the management team in overseeing daily restaurant operations

  • Monitor inventory and manage vendor relationships
  • Implement health and safety regulations
