Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing a Taqueria Mexican style restaurant or food truck operation
  • Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work weekends as needed
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of foodservice metrics
  • Capacity to manage high-volume fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work regular overtime averaging at least 9 hours per week

  • Hospitality focused with ability to lead employees team members to deliver same level of hospitality
  • Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish
  • 3 plus years managing a Taqueria or Mexican style restaurant or Food Truck operation
  • Knowledge of foodservice metrics

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume operations and fast-paced teams

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including kitchen and front-of-house
  • Manage scheduling training and performance of all team members
  • Maintain food and labor costs within budgeted targets
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
  • Manage the hiring and onboarding for new employees
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet growth and brand goals
