Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food service industry
  • Strong background in quick service and fast food restaurants or fine dining establishments preferred
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
  • Experience in hospitality management including banquet and catering services is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability in budgeting inventory control and cost management strategies
  • Excellent leadership skills with focus on team management and development
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage staff recruitment training and development to foster a positive work environment
  • Supervise kitchen management and food preparation processes to maintain quality standards
  • Handle cash management and POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
  • Monitor inventory levels conduct ordering and manage food production to minimize waste
  • Develop budgets and manage financial performance to achieve operational goals
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Implement training programs for staff on food handling safety protocols and service excellence
  • Lead shift management activities to ensure smooth service during peak hours
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menu items that enhance the dining experience
