Job Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food service industry
- Strong background in quick service and fast food restaurants or fine dining establishments preferred
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
- Experience in hospitality management including banquet and catering services is a plus
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting inventory control and cost management strategies
- Excellent leadership skills with focus on team management and development
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage staff recruitment training and development to foster a positive work environment
- Supervise kitchen management and food preparation processes to maintain quality standards
- Handle cash management and POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Monitor inventory levels conduct ordering and manage food production to minimize waste
- Develop budgets and manage financial performance to achieve operational goals
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Implement training programs for staff on food handling safety protocols and service excellence
- Lead shift management activities to ensure smooth service during peak hours
- Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menu items that enhance the dining experience
