Job Requirements

  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • At least 1 year of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience
  • Food Handlers Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification (TABC/BASSET)
  • Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Results driven and team oriented

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience managing a high-volume full-service or fast-casual restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Passionate about hospitality and food quality
  • Critical thinker with strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Supports management team in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Ensures effective restaurant operations with high food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Supports team members through training, development, and recognition
  • Promotes and supports a 5-star guest experience
  • Maintains a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitors compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Drives sales growth and operational efficiency
