Job Requirements
- Must be over 21 years of age
- At least 1 year of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience
- Food Handlers Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification (TABC/BASSET)
- Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Results driven and team oriented

- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience managing a high-volume full-service or fast-casual restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Critical thinker with strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Supports management team in overseeing daily restaurant operations
