Job Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- valid food handlers certification
- valid alcoholic beverage servers certification
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- knowledge of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
- strong leadership and communication skills
