Job Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • valid food handlers certification
  • valid alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • knowledge of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • strong leadership and communication skills
