Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • minimum 2 to 3 years restaurant experience
  • ability to read and write English
  • ability to follow and assign verbal and written instructions
  • basic math skills
  • training in restaurant and carry out operations
  • knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
  • ability to lead a team
  • strong communication skills
  • willingness to work varied hours including holidays
  • physical ability to stand and move for most of the workday
  • ability to lift up to 80 pounds
  • flexibility to rotate among different locations

Job Qualifications

  • willingness to work varied hours and locations
  • ability to create a safe, fun, and efficient team environment
  • ability to maintain quality standards consistently
  • Spanish language skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Shape the culture of the restaurant and work towards high team member engagement and guest satisfaction
  • assist with achieving all budgeted financial goals including income, sales, and costs
  • assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and developing team members
  • maintain team member performance appraisals, discipline, and termination
  • work with team members to create a positive guest experience and assist with guest needs
  • schedule team members efficiently and cost-effectively
  • implement and supervise responsible and ethical cash management
  • coordinate special events, drop-off catering and carry out orders
  • implement store promotions
  • responsible for inventory maintenance, purchasing, and receiving
  • maintain sanitation and cleanliness guidelines
  • monitor and maintain high quality of service and food
  • supervise repair and maintenance of the store and address safety concerns
  • provide timely feedback to supervisors regarding service failures or guest concerns
  • ensure the location is prepared daily in all areas including kitchen, food, prep work, cleanliness, and staffing
  • attend required weekly, monthly and adhoc meetings
  • delegate responsibilities with approval from General Manager or District Manager
  • perform any other assigned responsibilities
