Job Requirements
- Restaurant management experience for at least 3 years
- Total restaurant experience of at least 5 years
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and inspire a team
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to commute to San Antonio, TX 78245
- Must relocate to San Antonio, TX 78245 before starting work

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including familiarity with industry trends and customer preferences
- Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control measures
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed
Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff and ensuring efficient workflows
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of dedicated employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and revenue, while ensuring cost control and profitability
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service, anticipating needs, and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure a WOW experience
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, food quality standards, and sanitation practices
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
