Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. required
minimum of one year of restaurant or hospitality experience
successful completion of corporate training program
strong communication skills with ability to resolve conflict
ability to provide mentorship to hourly team members
ability to work flexible schedule including evenings holidays and weekends

Job Duties

Drive sales and guest delight
