Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work in Overland Park or Shawnee Mission, KS
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and special events
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- proven track record of success in restaurant leadership roles
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to train and develop staff effectively

Job Duties
