Job Requirements
- must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars
- ability to effectively communicate in English
- ability to apply common sense and understanding in carrying out one or two-step instructions
- ability to deal with standardized situations
- ability to compute proper change and settle checks accurately
- must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures
- must complete Twin Peaks manager training program prior to unsupervised shifts
- must complete all required training and certifications
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- ability to function in loud, sometimes smoky environments
Job Qualifications
- leadership experience in high-volume restaurants or bars
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- Spanish communication skills are helpful
- ability to apply common sense and understanding in carrying out instructions
- ability to handle situations with occasional or no variables
- ability to mathematically compute correct change and bank deposits
- successful completion of Twin Peaks manager training program
- compliance with local and state food and alcohol service certifications
- understanding of employment and incident documentation policies
- skills in coaching, motivating, and developing team members
Job Duties
- follow proper Twin Peaks Girl audition guidelines
- uphold standards of cleanliness per health code and quality assurance checks
- ensure alcohol is served responsibly and in accordance with law
- drive sales by working with team on operations, marketing, and recruiting
- hold kitchen staff accountable to standards, safety, and sanitation
- handle cash responsibly including assigning drawers, employee checkouts, and bank deposits
- properly handle issues of alleged discrimination or harassment
- maintain an atmosphere free of intimidation, discrimination, or poor performance
- effectively coach and counsel staff
- teach, motivate, and coach all team members including kitchen and Twin Peaks Girls
- proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls as per guidelines
- ensure steps of service are followed and motivate staff to provide P.E.A.K.S. service
- hold team accountable to standards including image and costume guidelines
- maintain organized training schedules and materials
- execute training and development programs
- manage performance based scheduling consistently
- practice sound inventory control
- dress and act professionally each day
