Job Requirements
- 2 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver's license
- Must be fluent in English

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest service
- Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management of staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Drive business results through effective management of costs and sales
- Maintain a positive and caring atmosphere that reflects Cracker Barrel's hospitality
- Collaborate with home office support for operational and strategic assistance
