Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- ability to manage multiple projects
- available to work flexible shifts including weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to comply with safety and health regulations
- physical ability to stand for entire shifts and lift up to 50 pounds
- adherence to company appearance standards
- ability to use computer systems and tools effectively.

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work duties
- appraise performance, reward and discipline team members
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to achieve job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and maintain a hospitable atmosphere
- occasionally assist with category job duties as needed
- assist in driving store sales by implementing corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues ensuring 100% satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations through cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew safety
- monitor daily activities to maintain food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash operations, review financial reports, and manage schedules
- manage food costs via recipe adherence, portion control, and inventory management
- control labor costs through scheduling and sales performance analysis
- perform all other duties assigned.
