- Experience in food and beverage management
- Ability to work weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Experience in banquets and outlets
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cost controls including beverage, labor and food
- Proven leadership skills in a hospitality environment
- Familiarity with scheduling and payroll handling
- Demonstrated ability to organize and oversee department operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Manage and organize the activities of the Food and Beverage Department to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and merchandising to maximize hotel profitability
- Develop, implement and monitor schedules for the operation of all food and beverage sub-departments to achieve a profitable result
- Implement effective control of food, beverage and labor costs among all sub-departments to Crescent standards
- Coordinate banquet and outlet operations ensuring excellent service delivery
- Manage staff scheduling and payroll processing efficiently
- Oversee shipments and inventory control to maintain optimal supply levels
- Provide clear communication and direction to Food and Beverage staff to promote teamwork and operational efficiency
