Job Requirements

3+ years experience in restaurant management
Experience managing fast casual restaurants preferred
Ability to manage and develop large teams
Strong passion for food and customer service
Initiative and ability to lead projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

3+ years in a restaurant management role
Experience in fast casual restaurant chains preferred
Managed and developed 25+ team members per shift
Passion for food and restaurant operations
Ability to lead, motivate, and build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership behaviors and approachability
Alignment with sweetgreen's core values and culture
Ability to champion local and organic products
Coachable and open to feedback
Customer service-oriented with a passion for guest experience

Job Duties

Lead by example as a role model for sweetgreen's core values and culture
Attract, identify, and hire team members who embody the sweetgreen profile
Communicate team wins, priorities, best practices, and operational changes effectively
Execute local marketing and community involvement initiatives
Serve as a role model for high-quality floor management and labor deployment
Deliver store sales and financial objectives by removing barriers to success
Schedule daily labor requirements to meet business needs and ensure excellent customer service
Ensure adherence to food safety and security standards
Maintain food service and production levels through strong BOH and FOH execution
Address performance issues through coaching, counseling, and conflict management
Contribute ideas to improve productivity, retention, and operations
