Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous restaurant management experience preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends
strong organizational and leadership skills
excellent communication abilities
ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
commitment to maintaining high service and operational standards

Job Qualifications

Proven leadership ability to develop and inspire teams
knowledge of restaurant systems, methods, and processes
stable working history demonstrating upward career progression
current salaried management experience preferred
