Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar hospitality leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and poise
- Knowledge of inventory and budget management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Proficient with restaurant management software and POS systems
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and financial reporting
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth and efficient service

- Monitor inventory levels and oversee ordering and receiving supplies

- Analyze financial performance manage budgets and implement cost control measures
- Plan and coordinate special events and promotions
- Collaborate with the culinary team to update and refine the menu
