Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
- high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years successful restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent communication abilities
- proven ability to manage full restaurant operations
- problem-solving and decision-making skills
- ability to work under pressure and maintain composure
Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- coach and develop team members to enhance performance
- manage inventory and supply chain effectively
- ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- maintain quality and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- lead and motivate staff during busy shifts
- handle scheduling, budgeting, and operational reporting
