Job Requirements

Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
Minimum two years experience in restaurant and bar management
Open to working in both a full service and fast casual concept
Current Food Safety Service Certification
Current ABC Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
Have received the COVID19 vaccine and booster

Job Duties

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
Oversee inventory and ordering to manage costs effectively
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase sales
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
