Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year experience with Cracker Barrel
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • excellent organizational skills

  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • proven track record of team development
  • understanding of restaurant operations and guest service

Job Duties

  • oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • coach and develop restaurant team members
  • manage inventory and supplies efficiently
  • ensure exceptional guest experience
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • balance operational focus with people-first leadership
  • handle busy shifts with composure and inspire team
