Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years working in a restaurant environment showing career progression and verifiable results
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to comfortably speak, write and comprehend English in a business setting
- Successful completion of a background and drug screening
- Must have good written and oral communication skills
- Must have good customer service skills
- Must be organized and flexible

Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in business administration or hospitality preferred
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Capable of adapting to business needs and solving problems quickly and efficiently
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment
- Functional understanding of profit and loss statements, cost controls, and restaurant operations
- Demonstrates stamina, focus, compliance, and service-driven abilities while managing shifts
- Minimum of 2 years working in a restaurant environment showing career progression and verifiable results (external candidates)
- Good record of achieving results and above average knowledge of brand operating procedures and standards (internal candidates)
- Ability to comfortably speak, write and comprehend English in a business setting
- Successful completion of a background and drug screening
Job Duties
- Assist the management team in staffing of the restaurant and daily operational and procedural activities
- Supervise and direct staff to assure guests are treated promptly and courteously
- Ensure products are prepared as specified in quality and quantity
- Maintain cleanliness and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Recruit, hire, orient, and train hourly team members
- Evaluate performance and recommend wage increases for hourly team members
- Initiate disciplinary action and termination for hourly team members
- Utilize company-training tools for team member development
- Maintain restaurant equipment and facility per company guidelines
- Perform administrative tasks including new hire paperwork, payroll actions, inventory ordering, audits, deposit of company funds, scheduling, and accident reporting
- Investigate, resolve, and respond to guest complaints
- Attend store, market, and company meetings and training sessions
- Assist in planning and implementing local store marketing activities
- Ensure execution of accounting functions and compliance with audit guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
