Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant operations during scheduled shifts
- make daily operational decisions
- provide support and feedback to staff
- ensure positive guest interactions
- maintain standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- perform line checks for food quality and organization
- staff the unit by interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- conduct employee orientations
- prepare end-of-shift reports including sales, cash, and labor controls
- manage inventory including ordering food, supplies, and uniforms
- ensure implementation of company recipes and production checklists
- identify and implement operational improvements
- approve and sign off on food and beverage discounts
- prioritize employee and guest safety and security
