Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations during scheduled shifts
  • make daily operational decisions
  • provide support and feedback to staff
  • ensure positive guest interactions
  • maintain standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • perform line checks for food quality and organization
  • staff the unit by interviewing, hiring, and training employees
  • conduct employee orientations
  • prepare end-of-shift reports including sales, cash, and labor controls
  • manage inventory including ordering food, supplies, and uniforms
  • ensure implementation of company recipes and production checklists
  • identify and implement operational improvements
  • approve and sign off on food and beverage discounts
  • prioritize employee and guest safety and security
