Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of management experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to work full-time with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • willingness to learn and master all restaurant positions
  • reliable and team-oriented work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
  • strong coaching and leadership skills with ability to provide effective feedback
  • organized and deadline-oriented with focus on driving results
  • proficient in Microsoft Office
  • comfortable working in kitchen environment
  • skilled in ordering and inventory management
  • experience managing a large team
  • able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • lead a team of restaurant employees to deliver exceptional customer service
  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members
  • manage inventory and ordering to maintain stock levels
  • handle scheduling and staff coordination including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant
  • build positive relationships with guests and staff to foster a welcoming environment
