Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- Able to travel for work-related functions and training
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs

- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may constantly change
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively independently and collaboratively
- Able to recognize problems, set goals, execute and convert plans into action
- Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
- Proficient in technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to learn new systems quickly
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- Able to travel for work-related functions and training
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience

Job Duties
- Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
- Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- Execute shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
- Use required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed
- Direct crewmembers during a shift
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers
- Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval such as discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides
- Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and proper maintenance of the facility
- Complete other duties as assigned
