Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of management experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Effective communication and team-building skills
Comfort working in a kitchen environment and handling ordering and inventory

Job Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Able to master multiple restaurant positions
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience managing large teams
Humble and eager to learn

Job Duties

Lead a team of happy, friendly foodies
Provide effective coaching and feedback to team members
Master every position in the restaurant before training others
Manage scheduling, ordering, and inventory
Build strong relationships with guests and team members
Maintain organized, deadline-oriented operations
Oversee large team management and development
