Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of management experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Effective communication and team-building skills
- Comfort working in a kitchen environment and handling ordering and inventory
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Able to master multiple restaurant positions
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience managing large teams

- Lead a team of happy, friendly foodies
- Provide effective coaching and feedback to team members
- Master every position in the restaurant before training others
- Manage scheduling, ordering, and inventory
