Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in restaurant or club settings
- Food Handlers Certificate preferred
- Alcohol Safety and management knowledge preferred
- Service STAR training preferred
- Proficient in computer skills including spreadsheet knowledge
- Ability to handle confidential member and employee data
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working in a professional indoor office or club environment
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in restaurant or club related field in the food and beverage industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Food Handlers Certificate preferred
- Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification preferred
- Familiarity with service STAR training and alcohol management
- Proficient in computer literacy including spreadsheet knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be a strong leader
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Maintain Invited service standards as outlined in the Hospitality First training program at high standards
- Directly or indirectly supervise service staff to ensure consistent service and execution of member or guest food and beverage experience
- Have comprehensive knowledge of the à la carte menu including daily features and specials
- Possess clear knowledge of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the club
- Accurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely fashion
- Manage opening procedures for breakfast, lunch, or dinner depending on shift and complete closing procedures as applicable
- Attend, lead, or participate in staff meetings, daily line-ups, weekly service training meetings, and special training sessions
- Assist in implementing various training programs for service personnel as directed
