Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate hospitality on all levels
- Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, balance, talk, and hear
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly
- Ability to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, taste, or smell
- Vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four-year college degree preferred but not required
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated hospitality skills
- Proven leadership abilities
Job Duties
- Manage all areas of operations during scheduled shifts with on-the-spot decision making
- Support restaurant staff and ensure 100 percent guest interaction focusing on guest needs
- Assess staffing needs and recruit qualified personnel
- Monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of all food and beverage products ensuring adherence to recipes, portions, and standards
- Act as a support system for all areas of the restaurant
- Organize and direct training programs within the restaurant
- Maintain spotlessly clean and safe restaurant environment
- Ensure highest quality levels of products and hospitality
- Lead and embody PRIDE values (passion, respect, integrity, determination, and energy)
