Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate hospitality on all levels
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, balance, talk, and hear
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly
  • Ability to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, taste, or smell
  • Vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four-year college degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated hospitality skills
  • Proven leadership abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage all areas of operations during scheduled shifts with on-the-spot decision making
  • Support restaurant staff and ensure 100 percent guest interaction focusing on guest needs
  • Assess staffing needs and recruit qualified personnel
  • Monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of all food and beverage products ensuring adherence to recipes, portions, and standards
  • Act as a support system for all areas of the restaurant
  • Organize and direct training programs within the restaurant
  • Maintain spotlessly clean and safe restaurant environment
  • Ensure highest quality levels of products and hospitality
  • Lead and embody PRIDE values (passion, respect, integrity, determination, and energy)
