Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
at least 3 years of restaurant management experience
availability to manage at least three different locations
strong leadership and organizational skills
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
excellent communication abilities
ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment

Job Qualifications

minimum of 3 years experience managing in a high volume, full service casual dining environment
proven leadership skills
ability to work across multiple locations
passion for food quality and guest service
strong communication and team building skills
experience in training and mentoring staff

Job Duties

oversee and direct all aspects of restaurant operations
achieve sales and profit levels
maintain food quality standards
ensure commitment to company standards of excellence
set the tone for each shift and lead the team
coach, mentor and train staff
manage multi-location operations
