Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 3 years of restaurant management experience
- availability to manage at least three different locations
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years experience managing in a high volume, full service casual dining environment
- proven leadership skills
- ability to work across multiple locations
- passion for food quality and guest service
- strong communication and team building skills
- experience in training and mentoring staff
Job Duties
- oversee and direct all aspects of restaurant operations
- achieve sales and profit levels
- maintain food quality standards
- ensure commitment to company standards of excellence
- set the tone for each shift and lead the team
- coach, mentor and train staff
- manage multi-location operations
