- four-year college degree preferred but not required
- minimum 3 years' restaurant management experience
- excellent communication skills
- must be able to demonstrate hospitality on all levels

Job Duties
- managing all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts including on the spot decision making and supporting the staff
- ensuring 100% interaction with guests to focus on guest needs while enforcing standards for personal performance
- assessing staffing needs and recruiting staff
- monitoring purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of all food and beverage products to ensure correct recipe, portion, and specification standards
- acting as support system for all areas of the restaurant
- organizing and directing training programs within the restaurant
- maintaining spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times
- ensuring highest quality levels of products and hospitality
- leading and living by PRIDE (passion, respect, integrity, determination, and energy)
