  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • four-year college degree preferred but not required
  • minimum 3 years' restaurant management experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • must be able to demonstrate hospitality on all levels

Job Duties

  • managing all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts including on the spot decision making and supporting the staff
  • ensuring 100% interaction with guests to focus on guest needs while enforcing standards for personal performance
  • assessing staffing needs and recruiting staff
  • monitoring purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of all food and beverage products to ensure correct recipe, portion, and specification standards
  • acting as support system for all areas of the restaurant
  • organizing and directing training programs within the restaurant
  • maintaining spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times
  • ensuring highest quality levels of products and hospitality
  • leading and living by PRIDE (passion, respect, integrity, determination, and energy)
