Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy

- Ability to manage and coach hourly employees
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Experience with inventory control and cost management
- Skilled in scheduling and employee task delegation

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interview and hire or recommend hiring of hourly employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after open hours
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide direct and schedule front of house and back of house training
- Supervise production and preparation of food consistent with established recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line taste and temps
- Enforce security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
- Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
