- Managed and developed 25 plus team members per shift

Job Duties
- Leading by example and being a role model for sweetgreen's core values and culture
- Proactively attracting, identifying, and hiring team members that embody the sweetgreen profile
- Communicating team wins, priorities, best practices, and operational changes consistently
- Executing local marketing and community involvement initiatives
- Serving as a hands-on floor manager and effectively deploying labor to maximize throughput
- Delivering store sales and financial objectives by removing barriers
- Scheduling daily labor requirements to meet business needs and ensure great customer service experiences
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and security standards
- Maintaining food service and production levels by leading back and front of house operations
- Addressing performance issues by coaching, counseling, and managing conflicts
- Contributing ideas that increase productivity, retention, and operational improvements
