Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a restaurant manager
  • Strong leadership skills and communication abilities
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations including food and beverage service inventory management and staffing
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant technology
  • Knowledge of craft cocktails wine and beer is an advantage
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations including food and beverage service inventory management and staffing
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant technology
  • Craft cocktail wine and beer knowledge a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant including opening and closing procedures inventory management staffing
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant environment
  • Maintain excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork communication and a strong work ethic
  • Exude a high level of hospitality to our guests and employees
  • Hire train and develop new hourly team members
  • Optimize profits by building sales and assisting with the control of food labor and beverage costs
  • Provide leadership and direction to all team members coaching in real time
