Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a restaurant manager
- Strong leadership skills and communication abilities
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including food and beverage service inventory management and staffing
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant technology
- Knowledge of craft cocktails wine and beer is an advantage
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including food and beverage service inventory management and staffing
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant technology
- Craft cocktail wine and beer knowledge a plus
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant including opening and closing procedures inventory management staffing
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant environment
- Maintain excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork communication and a strong work ethic
- Exude a high level of hospitality to our guests and employees
- Hire train and develop new hourly team members
- Optimize profits by building sales and assisting with the control of food labor and beverage costs
- Provide leadership and direction to all team members coaching in real time
