Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
- Prior supervisory or management experience in restaurant or retail
- Ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in basic math and financial management
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and conflict resolution
- Commitment to customer service excellence and operational standards
- Completion of required training such as ServSafe certification
- Understanding of safety, security, and maintenance procedures,

Job Duties
- Promote a team environment by fostering respect, providing coaching and feedback, recognizing achievements, resolving employee concerns and communicating effectively
- Hire, train, and develop the right people and plan staffing levels to meet guest and business needs
- Hold themselves and team accountable for responsibilities and results
- Role model exceptional guest service and lead by example to promote an environment with a sense of urgency to satisfy guests
- Ensure brand standards and systems are executed and all required training including ServSafe certification is completed
- Drive sales through effective execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
- Delegate and lead processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash
- Ensure safety and security of team and guests through preventative maintenance and cleanliness
- Analyze restaurant environment and business results to identify opportunities and set and achieve goals
- Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies
