Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
  • Prior supervisory or management experience in restaurant or retail
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in basic math and financial management
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and conflict resolution
  • Commitment to customer service excellence and operational standards
  • Completion of required training such as ServSafe certification
  • Understanding of safety, security, and maintenance procedures,

Job Duties

  • Promote a team environment by fostering respect, providing coaching and feedback, recognizing achievements, resolving employee concerns and communicating effectively
  • Hire, train, and develop the right people and plan staffing levels to meet guest and business needs
  • Hold themselves and team accountable for responsibilities and results
  • Role model exceptional guest service and lead by example to promote an environment with a sense of urgency to satisfy guests
  • Ensure brand standards and systems are executed and all required training including ServSafe certification is completed
  • Drive sales through effective execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
  • Delegate and lead processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash
  • Ensure safety and security of team and guests through preventative maintenance and cleanliness
  • Analyze restaurant environment and business results to identify opportunities and set and achieve goals
  • Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies
