- Proven experience in restaurant and beverage management preferably in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting Michel or Forbes rated preferred
- Deep knowledge of wine spirits and mixology with a passion for innovation
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills

- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed

- Manage scheduling training and performance evaluations for staff
- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly

- Monitor budgets labor costs and revenue targets
