Job Requirements
- Must have a strong leadership background
- must have excellent organizational and communication skills
- must have a passion for hospitality
- extensive restaurant experience
- previous management and/or training experience preferred
- ability to schedule, direct and coordinate staff
- ability to implement policy and procedures
- ability to handle guest issues
- ability to motivate staff
- ability to maintain a positive work environment
- able to perform under pressure and make quick decisions
- flexible schedule and willing to work at other locations
