Job Requirements

  • must be a US citizen or US resident
  • must have experience working in restaurants
  • able to stand or walk eight hour shifts
  • ability to twist tow push or pull reach bend climb and carry objects
  • capable of working in fast-paced high-volume settings with exposure to secondhand smoke noise bright lights and weather conditions
  • must comply with labor laws and demonstrate motivational leadership
  • excellent communication in English

Job Qualifications

  • minimum two years experience as a restaurant manager in upscale high-volume restaurants
  • experience in upscale nightclubs bars hotels or event venues
  • knowledge of fine dining service steps and techniques
  • proven track record meeting sales targets
  • experience in conflict resolution and staff management
  • excellent English communication skills
  • working knowledge of Spanish preferred
  • proficiency with technology platforms

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring seamless guest experiences
  • manage a diverse team adhering to labor laws and motivational leadership principles
  • implement fine dining service standards including bottle service and nightlife entertainment protocols
  • achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and staff performance management
  • handle conflict resolution effectively maintaining positive guest and employee relations
  • operate and troubleshoot various technology platforms for scheduling and point-of-sale systems
  • maintain high standards of customer service with attention to detail and urgency
