Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant restaurant management experience
- Valid Food Handlers Certification
- Valid Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Capability to handle high-pressure situations
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen
- Food Handlers Certification
- Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
