Job Requirements

  • two years of management experience required
  • ability to communicate in English both verbally and nonverbally
  • food and beverage supervisory experience is required
  • must be able to work any shift, any day, and long hours when necessary
  • recognized experience in hiring, training, and empowering employees with consistent feedback
  • excellent guest service skills and ability to handle stressful situations with tact and diplomacy
  • physical ability to frequently stand, walk, climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl
  • able to frequently lift, push, or carry items up to 50 pounds
  • frequent exposure to outside weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy
  • maintain communication between food and beverage operations and other hotel departments
