Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations to ensure excellence in Meatcraft® quality and customer service
  • Manage and develop the Restaurant Management Team and team members through training and performance initiatives
  • Oversee local store marketing efforts to drive sales and community engagement
  • Achieve restaurant sales, profit, and operational goals
  • Implement engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
  • Drive continuous improvement through best-in-class training and learning initiatives
