Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations to ensure excellence in Meatcraft® quality and customer service
- Manage and develop the Restaurant Management Team and team members through training and performance initiatives
- Oversee local store marketing efforts to drive sales and community engagement
- Achieve restaurant sales, profit, and operational goals
- Implement engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Drive continuous improvement through best-in-class training and learning initiatives
