Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to read and follow recipes to maintain consistency and high-quality menu items
  • must have good organizational skills
  • open to varied work schedules and hours depending on the restaurant's needs
  • must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • must be a team player
  • must be willing to be certified on specific equipment such as a Band Saw, Buffalo Chopper, Meat Tenderizer, Mixer and Potato Peeler after hiring

Job Qualifications

  • previous cooking or food production experience preferred
  • basic understanding of food preparation techniques
  • ability to follow recipes accurately
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • willingness to learn and obtain necessary equipment certifications

Job Duties

  • receive and stock inventory
  • prepare, cook and assemble orders
  • keep the kitchen clean and organized
  • maintain food safety and quality standards by following standard operating procedures
  • operate kitchen equipment such as Band Saw, Buffalo Chopper, Meat Tenderizer, Mixer and Potato Peeler after certification
  • work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • adhere to varied work schedules based on restaurant needs
