Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- high energy and stamina to work in a high-volume setting
- readiness to follow established recipes and procedures
- ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- prepare, produce, and serve high-quality foods on the hot side of the line including bowls, carve/grill, soup, and braise stations
- ensure food is visually appealing and made according to Urban Plates recipes and procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- provide excellent guest service and interact positively with customers
- communicate effectively with team members and management
- work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
