Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Ability to work in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, cold, and kitchen equipment
Job Qualifications
- 2 years of previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Ensure assigned station is properly set up and ready for service in accordance with kitchen standards and service timelines
- Prepare and cook menu items for breakfast, lunch, or dinner service while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Assist head cooks and culinary leadership with food production and service as needed
- Support other kitchen areas, including pantry, prep, and banquet production, as business needs require
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift
- Complete daily opening and closing checklists accurately and consistently
- Follow proper food storage procedures and adhere to all food safety and health department regulations
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team members to ensure efficient service and a positive team environment
