Job Requirements
- Must be able to work PM shift as late as 2am
- Flexibility to work other shifts if needed
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Previous line cook experience in a fast-paced atmosphere required
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, reach and or lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift
- Must provide Food handlers Serve Safe certification upon hire

Job Duties
- Cook and control quality and consistency of all food produced and served in hotel restaurant outlets
- Ensure station is set for service 15 minutes prior and food supplies are adequately stocked
- Learn all menu items produced by assigned stations and understand and fulfill guest orders
- Produce orders in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
