Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work PM shift as late as 2am
  • Flexibility to work other shifts if needed
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
  • Previous line cook experience in a fast-paced atmosphere required
  • Previous hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach and or lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift
  • Must provide Food handlers Serve Safe certification upon hire

Job Duties

  • Cook and control quality and consistency of all food produced and served in hotel restaurant outlets
  • Ensure station is set for service 15 minutes prior and food supplies are adequately stocked
  • Learn all menu items produced by assigned stations and understand and fulfill guest orders
  • Produce orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
